Heroes’ Welcome for Naomi Oyoe Ohene Oti After Winning the 2025 Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award

Ghanaians, well-wishers, Church members and members of the nursing fraternity, including the leadership of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA), gathered at the Kotoka International Airport to warmly welcome renowned oncology nurse specialist Naomi Oyoe Ohene Oti after her historic victory at the prestigious Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award.

Naomi Oyoe Ohene Oti, who serves as the head of nursing at the National Radiotherapy Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Centre, Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, has gained international acclaim for her dedication to improving cancer care and advancing oncology nursing education across Africa. Her achievement is being hailed as a significant milestone for the nursing profession in Ghana.
