The Church of Pentecost Leadership Celebrates Naomi Oyoe Ohene Oti’s Global Nursing Triumph

As part of the national celebrations following her historic achievement as Winner of the 2025 Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award, award-winning oncology nurse specialist Naomi Oyoe Ohene Oti visited the Head Office of The Church of Pentecost to present her award and express heartfelt appreciation to the Church’s leadership.
Mrs. Ohene Oti emphasized that her global recognition aligns profoundly with the Church’s overarching mandate, “Possessing the Nations”, a vision that inspires excellence, integrity, and positive societal transformation. She noted that her journey and eventual triumph were greatly supported by the Church’s prayers, mentorship, and encouragement.
During the deeply moving engagement, she formally presented her award to the senior leadership of the Church, including:

The leadership warmly commended her for bringing global honour to Ghana, the nursing profession, and the Church of Pentecost. They described her accomplishment as a remarkable testimony of excellence and a demonstration of how Christian values can inspire impactful service in the health sector. Mrs. Ohene Oti also expressed her gratitude for the spiritual covering and encouragement she received throughout her career. She reaffirmed her commitment to advancing oncology nursing, strengthening cancer care services in Ghana, and inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
